Christmas seems to always be about happiness, joy, good tidings of great joy, and wonderful memories. And all that is true, but sometimes disappointments even happen during the most wonderful time of the year. We can't really appreciate the good things about Christmas until we understand the disappointments that come with it. Christmas is a difficult time of year for many people for many different reasons, and that was true about Joseph and Mary in the Bible, too. When joy becomes personal, we're able to choose joy even in those difficulties.
