A Faith That Is Fresh

Pastor Jacob dives into the truth that we all want something that is fresh. Fresh food, fresh clothes, fresh faith. One of our values at The Local Vineyard Church is connecting people to Jesus. In this message, we learn the three groups of people we believe need to be connected to Jesus (spoiler: it’s everyone). Those three groups are people who are far from God, who have walked away from their faith, and people who need to be refreshed. We all know at least one person in each of those groups, and each of them needs a fresh faith.
Jacob also goes into more detail about one of our values that we simply call “Fresh.” We can keep our faith fresh by spending daily time with God, finding time everyday to be grateful, and embracing God’s wild grace. Jacob describes the difference between a bounded-set and centered-set worldview of Christianity.
