Two ways to Serve: Redemption Thrift and RVA Community Cookout

Here are a couple upcoming ways to serve our community:

Redemption Thrift

Redemption Thrift is a local Christian nonprofit thrift store. On Saturday, October 24, we'll help them sort and organize donations.

Time: 10am-2pm OR 2pm-6pm

Kid Friendly?: It is a family friendly event BUT kids must be accompanied by an adult.

RVA Community Cookout

We're partnering with RVA Community Cookout to serve our unhoused neighbors. Founder Travis Snead and his team set up at different spots around the city, grilling hot dogs and burgers and handing out drinks, fruit, and snacks to 50–60 people at a time.

We want to come alongside them by putting together gallon-size bags of hygiene supplies. Stop by the Next Steps table after church for more information!
